Financial Systems Analyst

We are looking to add an energetic, organized, and curious Financial System Analyst focused on internal Customer Service and Finance Systems support. This role is part of the Bogota Shared Service Center and works closely with Medtronic's Global Sales Finance CoE team supporting our internal customers in their requests related to Reporting, Security and Financial Data Accuracy.

This role supports internal Finance and Non-Finance employees building trust in the data they see and ensuring appropriate access to it. This role will have a strong focus on data enablement and will work closely with Multicultural and Cross Functional Teams at all levels of the organization. This position is part of a global Finance team that provides analytic solutions and systems support to users across Asia, Americas, and Europe.

**A Day in the Life**
- Leverage your advanced English communication skills to provide guidance and drive issue resolution across the globe and supporting teams.
- Take advantage of your exceptional attention to detail skills to review the designated financial data and related master data on a regular cadence to ensure the highest data quality.
- Execute security access audits on a recurring basis to ensure access to finance systems/tools are current; take action to submit requests to govern access per procedure.
- Collaborate with other team members to effectively manage incidents and ensure SLA is met.
- Engage with Global Sales Finance CoE to further enhance system environment and user experience.

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent Spanish and English interpersonal/communication skills (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 2+ years’ relevant experience in an internal customer facing role that included data management responsibilities.
- Foundational understanding of financial reporting and concepts.
- Advanced Excel experience

**Nice to Haves**
- Business Objects or Power BI development experience.
- Master Data experience including product hierarchy management and sales structure.
- Experience with SQL queries and VBA.
- Experience managing access to sensitive information.
- Experience delivering and supporting financial reporting.
