**Position Description**:
**Junior Financial Analyst **will be responsible for:

- Leading together with the Finance Manager the annual budgeting process and budget updates for One J&J site and Non-GS functions striving to develop meaningful budgets, aligned to the strategies and business goals.
- Close follow-up to the gross spend by providing efficient tools to ensure a cost control across One J&J site and Non-GS functions.
- Cash-flow management for One J&J site. Responsible for the Loan management and financials related to it.
- Supports SFA analyst with specific tasks related to Regional GS performance.
- Closely supervises P&L performance including expenses and capital budgeting through tracking and reporting activities.
- Ensures accurate monthly closing, partnering with Accounting.
- Presents accurate analysis to management.
- Performs accurate financial analysis.
- Provides recommendations to business partners and key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Education level required**:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or careers related.

**2. Years of Experience**:2-4 years experience on similar tasks or roles i.e. Finance or FP&A, Treasury.

**3. Required knowledge**:

- Strong analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decision in timely manner.
- Good communication skills to work and effectively communicate with various levels of the organization, both locally (i.e: top management) and abroad (i.e. multiple countries/cross-sector).
- Excellent business partnering skills (team player).
- Prioritizes well and meets dedication in fast paced environment.
- Coordinates activities to ensure their accurate and timely completion.
- Capacity to learn and accept additional responsibilities.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong skills in Excel and Power point.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated.
- Customer-service orientation.

**4. Required Experience**:Proven record experience in Financial Planning and Analysis and Treasury areas.

**5. Language**:Fluency in both written & spoken English.

**6. Travel percentage**:5%.

**7. Location of the role**:Bogotá, Colombia.
