**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful **Sales & Operations Support Associate** to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the PEO sales team, business consultants, and their clients, ensuring smooth operations and enabling sales representatives to focus on client acquisition and revenue growth.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and process proposals, service agreements, and onboarding documents for PEO clients.
- Track and manage business development opportunities and client prospects.
- Gather required client information for risk assessments and underwriting.
- Coordinate with Implementation teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding.
- Ensure all contracts meet compliance standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems (Salesforce, ClientSpace).
- Follow up on high-priority client requests and internal action items.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience in operations, business coordination, or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level required).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong compliance awareness.
- Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving skills.
- High degree of discretion and professionalism.
