**Job Overview**
We are looking for a Media Buyer & Ad Operations Success Manager who excels in both programmatic/media buying and ad tech operations. This role is critical in ensuring the success of our advertising campaigns by optimizing media investments, managing ad tech infrastructure, and driving performance through data-driven strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Media Buying & Optimization:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven media buys across platforms (Meta, Google, DSPs, etc.).
- Manage budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Ad Operations & Technical Management:
- Oversee ad trafficking, tag implementation (Google Tag Manager, pixels, etc.), and QA.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies in delivery, tracking, or attribution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
- Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between media spend and business objectives.
- Client & Stakeholder Success:
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams or clients on best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
