**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the senior-level recruitment team, overseeing talent identification and attraction for leadership and executive roles.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Bilingual English and Spanish
