**Responsabilidades**:
- Desarrollar e implementar programas para mejorar la experiência del usuario, trabajando en conjunto con otros equipos en la organización (Ventas, Preventa, soporte).
- Experiência en implementación de soluciones PaaS e IaaS.
- Experiência en Diseño de soluciones Cloud.
- Experiência en soluciones Middleware y/o Analítica y/o Business Intelligence y/o IOT y/o Data Governance y/o SOA. Deseable Certificaciones.
- Experiência en resolución de crisis y Soporte a clientes Cloud.
**Requisitos**:
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado.
- Formación: Ingeniero Electrónico, sistemas, informática, industrial y/o carreras afines.
- Experiência: Al menos 5 años de experiência en tecnología y/o atención al cliente.

Drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services including discovery, design and deployment.
