Profile
**Strong technical experience**:
Proficiency in MongoDB.
5+ years of experience in solution architecture or software development.
Ability to identify business opportunities related to MongoDB-based solutions.
Experience creating technical and commercial proposals.
Skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into technological solutions.
**Key Competencies**:
Advanced English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
Prior experience in technical sales or business development is highly valued.

**Responsibilities**:
