Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Commercial Quality Analyst Operation 3PLs, located in Bogotá Colombia.

Responsible for the release of products from the Medical Devices sector in Colombia, ensuring the accurate disposition of products by requesting evidence of physical segregation from logistics operators, within the times established for each country.

Provide timely and effective support to the Deliver and Commercial Quality team regarding operations, in order to ensure Quality Controls in the storage, conditioning and distribution process, as well as the logistics service levels of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the release of products, ensuring their accurate disposition by requesting evidence of physical segregation from logistics operators, within the times established for each country.
- Carry out the physical inspection of the products and process documentation according to what is established by local regulations.
- Keep metrics and follow product releases to ensure that they are done accurately and within the established times.
- Provide support for the implementation and maturity of the quality management system, supporting the opening of Quality Issues and the closure of CAPA's, Non-Conformities, Change Controls, and ensuring the correct implementation of the other pillars of the quality management system.
- Review and depurate the medical device quarantine.
- Review and control the inventory of medical devices within the warehouse.
- Lead self-inspection audits (Gemba Walks) to ensure the identification and correction of Improvement Opportunities/nonconformities of the 3PL and J&J operation.
- Support the development of local procedures (SOP) or other documents addressed to the 3PL.
- Participate in project/initiatives of the Commercial Quality team to ensure the continuous improvement of the 3PL and the J&J operation.

**Education**:

- Professional in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemist or related.

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Experience in product release process.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of the office package, especially Excel.
- Previous knowledge in Quality modules in SAP.

**Preferred**:

- Upper Intermediate level of English.
- 2 years of related experience generally required.
- Business knowledge outside the quality organization (e.g. manufacturing, development of product / processes, customer service, etc.)

**Other**:

- English - Upper Intermediate level.
- No Travel required.
- Internal auditor certification is a plus.
- Available to work in different locations (warehouses) in Bogota and surrounding area.
