**Job Description - L1/L2 Tivoli (IBM Workload Scheduler) Support**
**Location**: Remote (LATAM preferred)
**Schedule**: EST hours

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide **L1/L2 support** for **IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS/TWS/Tivoli Workload Scheduler)** environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Tivoli workload automation in **distributed (non-mainframe) systems**.
- Perform job scheduling, job dependency management, and workload optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze recurring issues and provide long-term fixes.
- Escalate complex problems to L3/Engineering teams as needed.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **Proven hands-on experience** with **IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS / TWS / Tivoli Workload Scheduler / Tivoli Batch Scheduling)**.
- Strong experience with **Linux** (command line, scripting, troubleshooting).
- Solid background in **distributed systems** support.
- Familiarity with **batch job scheduling, dependencies, calendars, and automation workflows**.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, SLA-driven support environment.

**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of other scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys, UC4).
- Experience with shell scripting (bash, ksh, Python, or Perl).
- Exposure to ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
