**What will help you succeed**:

- **You have at least 5 years of experience as a Support Engineer or equivalent experience.**
- **Support experience on SAP Commerce Cloud**
- **Upper**intermediate English level
- **Solid knowledge of Postman, Firebase, App Dynamics, Splunk, DBeaver**
- **Good knowledge of SQL, HTML and mobile technologies**
- **JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Pager Duty**
- **Experience working according to SLA’s**
- **ITIL knowledge is desirable**
