**What You’ll Do**

The Security and Compliance Lead oversees the Compliance to the TTEC Information Security Policy and compliance to the Contractual Standards for specified clients. Functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The role exists to ensure regular auditing of all internal departments takes place to drive calibration across the infrastructure.
You'll report to the Manager, Information Security. You will serve as a trusted advisor internally and externally by providing learning innovation, technology expertise, and upskilling and reskilling on AI-enabled learning design, delivery, coaching, and performance tools.

**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Compliance Lead exists as a channel of communication to receive and direct compliance issues to appropriate resources for investigation and resolution
- Will work as an internal resource with which concerned parties may communicate after other formal channels and resources have been exhausted.
- Propose and evaluate proposed solutions to ensure all risks are mitigated.
- Solve for and mitigate new risks in an evolving and always changing work environment.
- Ensure Security and Compliance is maintained without reasonable risk or impact to the business goals.
- Develops initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Training, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
- Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that Security and Compliance Issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved
- Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates Security and Compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.
- Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
- Work in collaboration with appropriate client organizations to resolve any external Security and Compliance findings.
- Conduct regular internal audits of both the Physical and Logical Security and Compliance areas. Report on any findings as a result and work to address the root cause.
- Inspect and approve all changes to the Physical and Logical controls prior to implementation.
- Facilitate client audits.
- Not limited to those limited above.

**What You Bring to the Role**
- High School Diploma (12yrs schooling)
- Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee data. High level of integrity and judgment
- Current client experience or Visibility preferred (but not required)
- Good English skills, possible B2
- Excel (Intermediate)
- Powerpoint
- Organized, Clean & Tidy working style
- Great interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse population
- Able to work independently and self driven
- Ability to work in a high passed ever changing work environment
- Awareness to do the right thing
- Ability to address security concerns with all internal departments and client partners
- Willingness to learn and open to feedback
