**We are searching for the best talent for Data Science and Analytic Lead (Fix Term) to be in Ciudad de Mexico (Mexico), Bogotá (Colombia), Sao Paulo or Sao Jose dos Campos (Brazil).**

**Purpose**:The person will work on the Health Care Compliance Global Operations team and is responsible for partnering with the Health Care Compliance Officers (HCCOs) to ensure the development, implementation and execution of transparency reporting program is consistent and meets all country, industry, and regulatory requirements.

This position is responsible for owning the technical implementation and execution of various processes involved in preparing cross border Health Care Professional (HCP) payment data required for transparency reporting in LATAM. The Data Science and Analytics Lead (Technical Lead) is also encouraged to identify, recommend, and lead implementation remediation initiatives to improve data integrity and reporting processes. They will form part of a cross-sector team, collaborating with other team members, in support of these activities and objectives. This role may support global Transparency Reporting initiatives across regions as needed.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Designing, developing, and implementing systems and technical solutions, to improve data quality and ensure accurate data collection for the purpose of public transparency reports
- Responsible for requirements gathering, through proactive collaboration with LATAM Transparency Reporting team, other functional teams, and country stakeholders, to design process enhancements and convert into practical, automated solutions
- Leading and coordinating testing of changes to the systems and processes before final implementation and ensuring the overall quality and consistency of the reporting functionalities
- Maintaining system/process lifecycle documentation applicable to the reporting preparation process
- Developing and providing training on reporting tools and processes to the countries and other members of the Transparency Reporting team
- Leading projects to support, improve or resolve complex/ reporting/ system/ process issues
- Supporting Transparency Reporting team on issues related to data quality and system issues

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is preferred
- Alteryx and/or Tableau certification preferable

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience and proven leadership in Information Technology related function(s) or program(s) required
- Experience working in a multi-national environment required
- Proven experience developing and working with database and reporting tools required (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, DBeaver, AWS, Qlikview, Python, Denodo, Microsoft SQL knowledge preferred)
- Ability to seek out and identify multiple, varied sources of data, to consolidate into significant quantitative analysis or reports
- Knowledge of Microsof
