Multi-Channel Sales (Life Sciences) work includes: -Promoting and selling the organization's products across multiple sales channels selling directly to end-consumer or organizations; and promoting through medical representatives to physicians, etc. This position will be based in Medellin, Colombia
The main purpose of this position is to sell and promote surgical line products. Consult and develop surgeons during the learning on new surgical techniques and technologies in the operating room. The main functions of this position are:
1. Sell & Promote Surgical/Instrumentation Products:
- Surgical Sales Calls
- Sampling management
2. Professional Consulting:
- Product & technical knowledge
- Drive customers to high technology products and advanced techniques
3. Relationship building:
- Creates and maintain strong partnership relationships with customers
in the assigned territory
- Timely and effective resolution of Customer requests, needs and issues
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction
4. Marketing Strategies Implementation:
- Targeting of customers according to business potential (Dual
Designation)
- Competition activities knowledge and communication
5. Planning and Reporting:
- Planning and Reporting of daily activities
- Efficient planning of daily activities
- Pre-call planning
- Open service requests and follow up actions
- Submission of daily activities report
- Provides timely reports according to the company needs
6. Resources Management:
- Use of company’s resources according to policies and procedures
- Adequate Management of sales tools
- Timely reporting of business expenses according to company guidelines
- Expense Management
- Efficient travel planning to minimize expenses
7. Communication & Synergy:
- Appropriate implementation of company’s synergy strategies
- Timely and effective internal & external communication
- Teamwork orientation
- Business proposals development and follow up until closure
- Sales Target completion
