**Hiring: SEO Director**

**Position Summary**:
elev8.io is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies and is committed to helping our clientele close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health struggles.

We are growing rapidly and therefore seeking a highly systematic SEO Director to oversee the entire SEO Department while being responsible for driving effective interdepartamental collaboration with other departments i.e. Web, PPC, Client Services and Sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Performance**:Formulate and implement high-performing SEO strategies for clients & elev8 that work
- ** Product Innovation**: Research, experiment and evolve elev8s SEO solutions to ensure #1 market position
- ** Client Satisfaction**:Lead the communication with VIP clients and partners as needed to secure CSAT and mitigate churn
- **Scalability**: Oversee hiring & training initiatives to fuel talent development and drive growth while high quality
- **Profitability**: Optimize systems, processes and automation to increase margins and overall profitability

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years' of of proven expertise in search engine optimization, including strong knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization, local SEO, and technical SEO, specifically in the US market.
- 2-3 years of experience managing SEO and content teams, with demonstrated strategic leadership capabilities.
- Functional expertise in using SEO tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console (GSC), Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and more
- A successful track record of leading and executing SEO strategies that deliver high ROI.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive, with the ability to take strong ownership of tasks and effectively manage multiple priorities.
