Business Development Representative

SuperStaff is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, and driving new business opportunities for SuperStaff. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients, build relationships, and schedule sales calls or meetings.
Your main goal will be to increase revenue by uncovering new business opportunities and effectively communicating the value of SuperStaff's services to prospective clients. You should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in the BPO industry
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
