Through the team administration guarantee the management, control and execution of Pacific warehouse and distribution processes fulfilling the company standards on time, quantity, quality at best cost.

- Develop the mid-long term strategy for the Pacific W&D area to fulfill the objectives in terms of cost and customer service levels.
- Design the strategy for savings projects in warehouse, distribution and co-packing.
- Lead the team to perfect execution of order management, warehouse and distribution, through service level KPI's with the 3PL and transportation contractors.
- Analyze and identify trends for distribution cost to ensure perfect execution.
- Execute continuous improvement processes with 3PL, transportation contractors and customers looking for cost efficiencies and service level improvement.
