As a CREDIT AND RECIEVABLE SPECIALIST, you will provide a broad range of financial related support to internal and external customers within our Architectural Coatings business. In this role, you will communicate and answer incoming phone calls from store personnel, resolve customer situations, closed accounts, and/or accounts placed on credit hold.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate new and existing customers and use special financial arrangements, credit counseling and customer visitations as necessary.
- Prepare annual credit reviews of assigned accounts in compliance with the corporate credit policy.
- Connect with field sales and sales management on the status of assigned accounts while coordinating the investigation of UADs, pricing issues, required credit memos and other actions required based on investigation and analysis.
- Monitor accounts daily in ways such as placing accounts on hold, releasing orders, reviewing collection notes and aged balances while providing account adjustments as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent Business education with previous experience working with financial documents such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, etc.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Solid understanding of excel SAP or other credit software knowledge is valuable.
