**About Us**
We are a rapidly growing U.S.based wholesale real estate investment company operating nationwide. We specialize in high-ticket virtual closings and are actively seeking ambitious, commission-driven **Remote Closers** to join our remote sales team. All closings are done virtually, and leads are provided.

This is a performance-based opportunity with **no cap on earnings**. You’ll be selling real estate contracts—not properties—through our proven wholesale model.

**Position Overview**
As a **Virtual Closer**, you’ll be responsible for converting inbound and warm leads into closed deals. You’ll work closely with our acquisitions and dispositions teams to help sellers and buyers execute contracts and move forward with confidence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Close high-ticket real estate wholesale deals virtually
- Manage a pipeline of warm leads provided to you
- Build rapport, qualify prospects, and negotiate terms
- Maintain accurate data in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
- Collaborate with team members for seamless hand-offs

**Compensation Structure**
- **Commission Only**: 12%-14%-16% performance-based tier
- **Average Closers Earn**: $72,000 - $250,000+ annually
- **Top Performers**: Have uncapped earning potential

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of sales or closing experience (real estate or high-ticket preferred)
- Must be comfortable working on 100% commission
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and coachable
- Able to work U.S. time zones reliably
- Wholesale real estate experience is a **plus** but not required
- **Perfect English is required**
