AECOM is seeking for an experienced Human Resources Senior Advisor for employment in Bogota, Colombia.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Proactively plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates the full spectrum of human resources functions for a designated country or geography.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to operations, providing expert counsel on complex HR matters.
- Independently manages most HR assignments, contributing significantly to organizational objectives.
- Typically operates autonomously, seeking technical guidance on highly unusual or intricate challenges.
- Secures supervisory approval on proposed action plans for complex situations.

**Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Law / Financial studies + 4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Full English language competency

Preferences:

- Proactive, client oriented, collaborative, and have good communication skills.
- Previous work experience in multinational environments
- Relevant industry experience
