Putting values first, you'll support the building of the payroll product as we grow, delivering both an employee and customer experience second-to-none, driving service delivery excellence while leveraging lean processes and technology in ensuring continued delivery of world class outcomes.

**Who?**
- You are naturally curious and a self-starter. You communicate well. You drive projects independently and report clearly to the management team.
- You will facilitate the successful delivery of projects, working closely with other teams and departments and with team leads to update project statuses
- Ideally you have been involved in projects in any of the following areas:

- Payroll
- Compensation
- Human Resources
- HRIS
- Employment

**Your role**:

- You will be contributing your project experience in support of multiple Projects within the Payroll and Operations team. You'll be involved in all stages, from implementation and project scope definition to the planning, stakeholder communications and project governance phase.
- Preparation of detailed project plans, schedule key milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Responsible for the collection and preparation of data and documents related to the projects and project related data and process discovery, cleansing and audits if necessary
- Coordinate and communicate deliverables within the team and other internal departments as well as tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
- Attend business and product roadmap meetings to develop future state processes, document business requirements, convert requirements to functional specifications for internal teams
- You will be involved in multiple projects at one time.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Some of the Projects we are currently working on include:

- Product and Automation, actively participating in the development of our platform
- Development of SOPs and roadmaps,
- Support of systems implementation
- Payroll and team improvement projects
- Jira Service Management implementation and administration
- Training and knowledge library development

**Here is what we're looking for**:

- 2+ years of project management/administration with a track record of working on projects execution
- Experience critically evaluating a problem from multiple sides, oftentimes competing perspectives, identifying the optimal solution, and aligning stakeholders on the solution
- Experience with projects in the Employment arena like Payroll, Payroll software, Automation, Human Resources, HRIS, Payroll implementation is a plus
- Advanced MS Excel required
- Data knowledge or familiarity with Tableau is a plus (not required)
- Experience building SOPs
- A proclivity for working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with agile project management is a plus
- University Degree in Business, Industrial Engineer, or other related fields
- Advanced English level
