About the Job
As Project Coordinator, You will
- Assist in defining project scope, requirements, and success criteria
- Coordinator project management team meetings, prepare agendas, and document minute meetings
- Assist in developing project plans, objectives, and deliverables
- Contribute to the identification and assessment of project risks
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progress and track milestones
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and change requests
- Support project managers in identifying and resolving project issues and conflicts
- Monitor project budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
- Help maintain project communication channels and ensure timely dissemination of project information
- Coordinate project-related communication between project team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the preparation of project status reports and progress updates
- Assist in conducting post-project evaluations and capturing lessons learned
- Provide general administrative support to the project management team
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project workflow
- Assist in maintaining project management tools and systems
As Project Coordinator, You Have
- Some post-secondary education or completion of a post-secondary degree with a major in Business will be considered an asset
- 2-3 years of experience in the contact center and/or customer service industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
- Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to adapt to change and innovation
