Compensation**:COP3.2M - 3.5M/month.**
**+ **Bonuses (up to 10% of base compensation).
Location**:Hybrid (Avenida Calle 26 #92-32, Bogotá, Colombia).**
Skills**:1+ year of experience in customer service, and Microsoft Excel.**
Responsibilities and more:
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with all phases of the payroll process for the accounts assigned to your charge (from updates to payroll payments, tax filings, and third-party payments on established dates), depending on the scope of each client.
- Generate and/or validate payment and closing reports, both those required by local legislation (depending on the country) and those agreed upon with the client globally.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements agreed upon with the client.
- Attend meetings to improve processes with the team and assigned clients.
- Address queries from both accounting teams and clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Mediate in the billing processes and manage the cash flow of the payroll process with the Treasury Department.
- Train clients and local teams in using information systems and technology platforms.
- Generate reports for the company's internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with established internal operation protocols.
- Identify corrective and preventive measures and non-conforming services.
Pay: $320,000,000 - $350,000,000 per month
