**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with **Ruby on Rails** to enhance and maintain existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality, functional code.
- Design, implement, and maintain APIs to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual English B2 or above
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in fullstack development, ideally within a healthcare or technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in **TypeScript** and **JavaScript**, with experience in frameworks like **Node.js**, **Next.js**, **Remix**, or **React**.
- Strong experience in **Ruby on Rails** and familiarity with RESTful API design.
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
- A passion for developing technology that improves patient care and operational efficiency.
