**Position Title**: Legal Assistant
**Shift days, hours and time zone**: L-V 8:30-5:30 EST
**Remuneración**: $3.193.647 (Base prestacional 2.075.870 + auxilio extralegal 1.117.776)

**Descripción del trabajo**: El Asistente Legal trabajará para el departamento de litigios de la Firma, utilizando el sistema de presentación electrónica para presentar nuevas demandas. También utilizará el Servicio Legal de Proceso para notificar a los demandados, procesando cada reclamo que llegue y determinando si fue pagado correctamente o no. Estará a cargo de mantener las hojas de cálculo limpias, organizadas y actualizadas.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Confirmar la información del seguro.
- Redactar quejas, citaciones y descubrimientos.
- Buscar y procesar citaciones devueltas.
- Hacer seguimiento de cada demanda para asegurar que se ejecute correctamente.
- Registrar con precisión los pagos y ajustes para equilibrar la factura y determinar si se pagó en los recálculos.
- Completar la hoja de litigios para los casos que van a juicio.
- Comunicarse con el equipo de pre-litigio y los abogados.

**Habilidades y cualificaciones - Habilidades duras y blandas**:

- Trabajar eficientemente en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
- Atención al detalle.
- Proficiencia en Excel.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas.
- Altamente organizado con excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo.
- Inglés nível B2.
