We are looking for a **Dynamics 365 & **P**ower Platform Developer**, self-motivated and a team player with knowledge in Power Platform Tools, working **REMOTELY **from any part of **LATAM**. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow while working closely with our talented team.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a **Dynamics 365 Developer**.
- In-depth knowledge of Power Platform technologies, including **PowerApps,** and **Power Automate.**:

- Experience with C# and other relevant programming languages.
- Understanding of data integration and mapping techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable / Plus
- Experience with Azure DevOps and cloud-based development environments.
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies like Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

**Main Activities**
- Maintain and enhance our existing Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Service platform, ensuring its stability and performance.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues, identifying and resolving problems efficiently.
- Develop and implement new features and functionalities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Design and build custom PowerApps to automate business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of our platform architecture.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies.

**Education**
- Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
