A **Lead Salesforce CPQ Developer **is what we need to establish our brand new Salesforce Center of Excellence.
The main duties will involve requirements collection, solutions design, and Salesforce CPQ functionalities development. As a Lead Developer, you'll be tasked with guiding and coaching junior developers, while keeping abreast with the most recent Salesforce CPQ innovations and best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishment and development of the new Salesforce center of excellence
- Interaction with stakeholders for project requirements comprehension and alignment
- Collection of requirements, solutions design, and Salesforce CPQ functionalities development
- Collaboration with cross-functional groups for Salesforce CPQ integration with third-party systems
- Execution of testing and solution implementation
- Provision of guidance and coaching to junior developers
- Staying informed about the latest Salesforce CPQ innovations and best practices
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Developer
- A proven record of successful leadership and team mentoring
- A strong capability for understanding and analyzing project requirements
- Demonstrated experience in third-party systems integration
- Proficiency in English communication skills (B2+ level)
