Jam City is looking for a Marketing Creative Director to lead the creative vision for mobile game marketing materials. This forward thinking design innovator would have notable experience in brand and social campaign initiatives, 3D rendering and animation, video editing, key art development, illustration and paintovers. You should be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and communicate your creative vision cleanly and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Execute Brand Strategy: Define and implement the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and target audience specific to the mobile games we support. Create a compelling brand story and consistently reinforce it through all marketing and communication efforts.
- Creative Direction: Provide strong creative leadership and vision to guide the development of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and in-game assets. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality, engaging creative content that effectively communicates our brand message.
- Brand Identity Management: Maintain and evolve our games brand identity, including logos, visual assets, brand guidelines, and tone of voice. Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
- Market Research and Consumer Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform brand strategy and creative decision-making. Leverage market research and analyze consumer insights to help engage target audience preferences, behavior, and motivations
- Creative Leadership and Collaboration: Creatively direct and inspire a team of creative professionals, both internal and external. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the team's output meets high standards of quality and creativity.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and creative content, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or creative direction, preferably within the mobile gaming or entertainment industry.
- A portfolio showcasing outstanding creative work across various mediums, demonstrating a deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and consumer engagement.
- Illustrate a hybrid skill set including a strong foundation in 3D, character animation, motion graphics, editing, sound design, VFX, graphic composition, typography, graphic design, and illustration
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling brand strategies and creative executions. Experience in developing and implementing successful brand campaigns is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of brand management principles and best practices, as well as a keen understanding of the gaming industry, mobile gaming trends, and target audience preferences
- Proficiency in understanding the impact of marketing performance metrics and leveraging consumer insights to drive decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
