**The Role: Social Media Manager**
As our Social Media Manager, you'll lead our online engagement efforts. You're tasked with crafting innovative content, driving impactful social media campaigns, and analyzing data to strengthen our digital footprint and brand loyalty in the heart of Bogotá.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Create engaging content and manage the social media calendar.
- Stay abreast of trends in social media tools, channels, design, and strategy.
- Analyze metrics to refine social media strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage reputation and coordinate efforts.

**Your Profile**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio.
- Skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
- Proficient in multi-social posting programs and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Work Location & Shifts**:

- Hybrid work model in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Shift Options:

- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time.
- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM local time.
