**What do you need to succeed?**
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design.
- Familiarity with SEO principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Tech Stack:

- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
- Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of Google Ads and other online advertising platforms.

**What awaits you in this role?**

Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Social Media Management:

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user engagement in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience.

Graphic Design:

- Design eye-catching graphics for online and offline marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
- Ensure branding consistency and high-quality visuals across all marketing collateral.

Website Management:

- Oversee the design, functionality, and content updates of the company website.
- Optimize the website for SEO to improve organic search rankings and user experience.

Google Ads Management:

- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to increase website traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
- Regularly analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize return on investment.

Client Acquisition:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients through digital marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively converted into customers.

Staff Recruitment:

- Collaborate with HR to streamline the recruitment process and enhance the employer brand.
