**About the Role**

As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic marketing plans on time and in alignment with client goals. If you're passionate about digital marketing, building relationships, and ensuring client success, we want you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Project Management: Collaborate with account managers, break down plans, and oversee tasks using project management software.
- Resource Allocation: Manage internal team resources to ensure optimal utilization.
- Client Support: Identify and resolve roadblocks, manage dependencies, and collaborate on campaign details.
- Deadline Management: Prioritize projects, timelines, and team communications based on client priorities.
- Time Tracking: Track estimated versus actual time spent and ensure accurate estimates.

**About You**

- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask.

**Prerequisites**
- 3-4 years of agency Project Manager/Coordinator experience.
- Proficiency with Jira or equivalent software.
- Experience in resource allocation and managing marketing schedules.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

**Shift Time**
- 10:00 am to 06:30 pm, Colombia Time, Monday to Friday.
- 08:00 am to 04:30 pm, PST, Monday to Friday.
