**Your Mission**
Your Mission as a** Payroll & Employee Experience Analyst **is to ensure the control, execution and verification of the payroll process, social security and benefits implementation, in accordance with labor regulations, procedures and organizational policies. The key goal is to ensure the correct payment of wages and benefits, as well as the quality of the process.

**Who are we looking for?**
For a Bilingual Bachelor's Degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration or similar with global mindset who can think outside the box, wear different hats and work in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams. Strong analytical, detail oriented with communication and planning skills, with vendor and benefits management
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience executing payroll.
- Bachelor’s degree HR, accountant, business administration or similar.
- Experience managing payroll and benefits programs.
- Upper Intermediate level of English: B2
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
