If the idea of making 200-300+ calls per day to generate business and commission gets your adrenaline going, you should probably keep reading.

As a Virtual Telemarketer, you will tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads. You will also schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.
- This role is virtual with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers.
- Building and managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our CRM

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

- Real estate experience not required.
- We provide training, coaching and resources to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.

Compensation

Aside from the hourly rate there will be bonuses for appointments scheduled and generous bonuses for closed business.

**Compensation**:
$6 - $8 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
- A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
- Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs

**Qualifications**:

- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
- Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
- Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
