Team Leader

Are you passionate about supply chain and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Operational team as a Team Leader. You’ll be responsible for Coordinate the fulfillment of the production according to the schedule, the principles of Safety, Quality and Safety, guaranteeing the standard cost.
As a team leader you will manage and implement all aspects of manufacturing high quality products in the different shifts of the Bogota plant. Manage plant resources in an efficient and safe manner achieving the metrics of the four fundamentals EHS, QFS, Cost and Service. This role is located Bogota, Colombia.

**Drive Results**: Responsible for complying with the security policies in force in order to take care of their physical integrity as well as the Company's material assets, and to promote this with their work team.
**Strategic Mindset**: Contribute to continuous improvement projects for equipment, methods and organization to ensure that current and future demands are met.
**Build Effective Teams**: Operational personnel management. Leads and promotes the development of the members of the plant operators, through the execution of training and development plans of his team, through direct communication with the people in his team..
We’re Looking for Someone With
Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Process Engineer, Mechanical Engineer.
3 years of work experience in Operations (Manufacturing or Logistics)
Desirable 2 years of experience in continuous improvement systems (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or similar)..
