We’re looking for a Senior Collections Specialist with strong financial skills and a passion for results What will you do? Make collection calls and send follow-up communications to manage outstanding customer payments. Focus on aged invoice reports and apply established collection strategies effectively. Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues, discrepancies, and open items. Accurately document all activities in a timely manner. Collaboration is key Maintain up-to-date daily and month-end reports on customer payment statuses. Perform account reconciliations and send periodic customer statements. Track and follow up on action items with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team. Escalate disputes or potential write-offs when needed, while ensuring compliance with SGS policies and procedures. Are you a collections expert? Even better Support process improvements, lead team trainings, and bring forward new ideas. Present financial data—especially related to overdue invoices and aged debt. Manage complex collection cases to meet SLAs and KPIs. Qualifications Ability to understand and connect with customer needs. Comfortable in high-pressure, challenging, and conflict-driven environments. Analytical Thinking. Data analysis & process improvement. Experience working with diverse clients. Understanding of global business practices. Works well independently and as part of a team. Flexible and open to change. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint – intermediate level). Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or similar ERP systems (a plus). English level B2, preferably with a focus on business English. Compensation Package Base Salary: $4,431,000 (subject to social security contributions) $500,000/month (non-salary, focused on wellness and self-care) $369,250/month (salary-based, guaranteed for the first 3 months) Up to $800,000/month (salary-based, guaranteed for the first 3 months) Average Total Salary: Around $6,900,000 monthly.
