A **Lead Salesforce CPQ Developer** is required to establish and expand our nascent Salesforce center of excellence.

Your main role will involve requirement gathering, solution designing, and Salesforce CPQ functionality development. As the Lead Developer, you will be expected to mentor less experienced developers and stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in Salesforce CPQ.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and develop the brand new Salesforce center of excellence
- Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment
- Gather requirements, design solutions, and develop Salesforce CPQ functionalities
- Work closer with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce CPQ with third-party systems
- Perform testing and implement solutions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CPQ developments and best practices

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Developer
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
- Strong ability to understand and analyze project requirements
- Demonstrated experience in integration with third-party systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ level)
