As a Lead Software Engineer you will have a long established career in software engineering, with superb theoretical foundation of engineering principles and practices and can set the bar for engineering quality and innovation, provide leadership and mentoring within your teams, engages with and takes on management duties outside of pure-play engineering, and demonstrate a passion to share knowledge in the community and in your teams.- You have deep knowledge of engineering theory and systems design, leading the continuous improvement and quality practices for software engineering. You lead teams on complex engagements, provide technical coaching, line management and support to members within your team.- You demonstrate high levels of ownership and responsibility and support teams to achieve successful outcomes and can lead in non-technical and technical discussions and debate.About the Job-
You have the ability to lead engineering tasks and teams on high complexity projects and can suggest ways the team can work more efficiently. You’re a strong line manager and mentor who proactively conducts one on ones without prompting.About You
- If you are a Salesforce whiz, this position is 100% for you and we definitely want to see what you can do- You are currently working in an agile team with good knowledge of SOQL, Apex Development and can write your own unit tests.- If you’ve also got a salesforce certification, have exposure to Marketing Cloud and developed lightning components in Salesforce, well that would be the cherry on topAbout Somo
