IT Support Services Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of IT Support Services to internal offices and remote workers.
The IT Service Desk is the central point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 4 years of verifiable IT Support experience
- Must speak English
- Experience with Windows Server 2016 and above Windows 7, 10, 11 Setup & Troubleshooting.
- Experience Network Setup & Troubleshooting.
- Experience Domain Setup VMware.
- Experience RDP Setup & Configuration Cyber Security Knowledge.
- Knowledge of Firewall Setup & Configuration (Cisco, Sonicwall, Watch Guard) Microsoft 365 Administrator Google Workspaces Administration.
- Knowledgeable in domain DNS settings Troubleshoot and install printers.
- Must have great customer service skills.
**SALARY COMPENSATION**:
Depending on experience and expectations.

- Bogotá D.C., Cundinamarca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
