**Job Summary**
100% Remote Role. Seeking a Sales Manager to join our company. This is a highly visible, collaborative position with quota-carrying and net-new sales pipeline generation responsibilities. To succeed in this role you must be highly motivated, eager for new challenges and results oriented. Your main responsibilities are identifying, developing, creating and closing new business opportunities for our company.
**Job Details**
- Lead the company's sales efforts.
- Achieve professional services growth targets, and ensure organizational health and customer satisfaction goals.
- Prospect and qualify the potential customers that best fits our company culture, values and work to make them long term customers.
- Engage potential customers, especially C-level and VP’s, building rapport, identifying needs, presenting solutions, closing deals and getting resales and referrals.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor and build long term relationships with the customer.
- Create a compelling vision and clearly communicate our value proposition and benefits with the goal of generating significant success and improvement from a customer investment in our services.
- Forecast accurately and timely, build a pipeline and progress opportunities to deliver YOY revenue growth.
- Develop alliances and partnerships that are instrumental to success.
- Clearly communicate to your team the plan to achieve the individual and team quota on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Be a recognized role model for collaboration, leadership and overall business results.
- Support the development of sales and the services sales process.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical customers challenges and how those can be mapped to our services in order to better address their needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Preferred years of experience: 4+ years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 1 year in the tech services field.
- Ability to prioritize, focus and perform effectively to achieve setted goals.
- Strong business development skills with experience prospecting and bringing in new business.
- Ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships and be recognized as a trusted advisor
- Ability to build and deliver sales presentations to prospects and customers.
- Collaborative and consultative work style, ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environment.
- Deep understanding of customer success principles, approaches and considerations.
- Experience with complex, escalated customer situations, ability to navigate large organizations and gain executive level buy-in.
