**Marketing Coordinator (Full Time | M-F)**
**Real Estate Company**
**Salary: USD $1000/ month**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media graphics using **Figma**.
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand’s voice and luxury positioning. This includes **posts, stories, reels, videos**, and more.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all marketing content is aligned with our brand guidelines and accurately represents the luxury image of Voyage Real Estate.
- Coordinate with external vendors and print services when needed to produce physical marketing materials.
- **Stay on top of trends**: Monitor and incorporate emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and engaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms: Expertise in **Instagram**, **Facebook**, **LinkedIn**, **TikTok**, and other relevant channels.
- Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on real estate or luxury brands preferred.
- Proficiency in **Figma**, with the ability to edit templates and create marketing materials. In addition to video editing platforms like **CapCut**, **Adobe**, and others.
- **Design skills, including knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory, to ensure high-quality visuals.**:

- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all marketing materials are accurate and reflective of the brand's standards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
- Experience with digital marketing tools: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Later, or similar scheduling and analytics tools.
