**Job Summary**
**Control the expenses presented by the employees, validating and reviewing that the support delivered is in accordance with the expense policies and procedures. Ensure that the accounting of the expense is charged to the respective accounting accounts.**
**Responsabilities**
- ** Receive employee expense accounts.**
- ** Carry out validation of the approvals and supports of the expense accounts.**
- ** Process the respective reimbursements or discounts according to the expense ratio delivered by the employee.**
- ** Send Legalization Report Advances and Credit Cards.**
- ** Response to audit requirements, taxes, among others.**
- ** Induction of preparation of expense reports and policies to new employees.**
**Requirements**:
- ** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Administration or similar.**
- ** 2 years of experience in finance areas.**
- ** Intermediate english level.**
- ** Knowledge in SAP / Excel / google sheets.**
