**Supply Chain Finance Analyst - Cali & Pilar**

This position reports to Pilar’s Make Finance Supervisor and is based at SJC - Brazil and Cali - Colombia.

**What you will do**

The The Supply Chain Finance Analyst - Cali and Pilar will provide direct support to the Colombia and Argentina manufacturing sites. This role will support, site Leadership Team, Make/QA/Plan/RMC Site Finance Leadership to achieve visibility on numbers, address risks and opportunities, short-term financial performance commitments and assess strategic opportunities across the site.

The Finance Analyst will support on Business Planning & Actual Results and the periodic Forecast Updates processes with business partners, ensuring the reliability of the information and its timely submission. He/she will partner with key financial and business stakeholders to analyze variation on budget vs actual drivers, operational metrics and frame results. Additional, participate on cross-functional work teams.

Key Responsibilities***
- Perform analytics and reporting: review and communicate performance drivers, metrics, risks and opportunities and associated action plans.
- Planning and Forecasting: work with business partners to challenge assumptions, build models, review financial outputs with management and influence decision making. Provides inputs in financial planning process.
- Risk management: run different financial scenarios for Argentina, based on the volatile macroeconomic, political and environment of the country and provide recommendations to financially manage the business, and opportunely identify and communicate risks and opportunities.
- Strategy and Decision Support: provide financial support to business cases for investment decisions and cost savings opportunities and actively contribute to site strategy. Supports decision making with comprehensive research and analysis.
- Support continuous improvements for financial processes/analytics and other ad hoc analyses/projects.
- Audit and Compliance: oversite of internal controls for both US/SOX and local statutory requirements, support internal/external audits.

- Bachelor or equivalent (complete)
- English (mandatory)
- Portuguese/Spanish
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI(Desirable)
- SAP
- Strong collaboration and demonstrated business partnerning with the ability to influence
- Professional with strong communication skills, able to interact with senior management
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Proactiviness and intellectual curiosity
- General knowledge of supply chain processes
