**Finance Specialist - (BPO) (Bogota) (B2/C1)**

**Job Summary**:
This position will work on managing daily accounting functions, financial closings, balance reconciliations, preparation and consolidation of financial statements, budgeting, and other company projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Accrual and review of sales invoices, supplier invoices, and customer invoices**:

- ** Accrual of refunds, petty cash, payroll, with their respective accounting vouchers**:

- ** Preparation of accounting records documents**:

- ** Tax preparation**:

- ** Follow-up on electronic billing**:

- ** Petty cash management**:

- ** Seeking new ways to improve the effectiveness of general accounting operations**:

- ** Assisting in the preparation and distribution of financial statements**:

- ** Preparing financial statements and supporting schedules according to the monthly closing schedule**:

- ** Responsible for account reconciliations, including cash, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets**:

- ** Maintaining constant and effective communication with external auditors and banks**:

- ** Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget**

**Required Skills**:

- ** Knowledge of cash flow and costs**:

- ** Budget preparation and control**:

- ** Financial analysis**:

- ** Management and analysis of general accounting according to legal regulations and IFRS**:

- ** Issuance of financial statements and income**:

- ** Knowledge of recent tax reforms**:

- ** Analysis of fiscal figures and tax settlement**

**Education and Experience**:

- ** Bachelor's degree in Accounting**:

- ** At least three (3) years of experience in the position (preferably in the BPO sector)**:

- ** High level of verbal and written communication**:

- ** Organized and easily adaptable**:

- ** Experience in a firm desirable**:

- ** Intermediate level of English**:

- ** Position based in Bogotá, not remote.
