**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Prepares reports of findings and recommendations, compiles and consolidates financial plans and provides insights to management.
- Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, ad hoc reporting, and analysis.
- May provide analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by unit, division or group.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree required in accounting, economics and finance related.
- Fluent english level skills.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting experience and related to providers communication with payments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in ERP such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.
- Experience researching and resolving rejected and returned Accounts Payable payments.
- Experience with specialized payment processes including Evaluated Receipt Settlement (ERS), Supply Chain Financing (SCF) and Dynamic Discounting.
- Excellent diagnostic and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Tactful, exercises independent judgment and discretion
- Experience with global payments around different countries.
**Nice to Have**:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
- Experience researching and resolving rejected and returned Accounts Payable payments
- Experience with specialized payment processes including Evaluated Receipt Settlement (ERS), Supply Chain Financing (SCF) and Dynamic Discounting
- Experience performing complex bank reconciliations
- High proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and SAP
- Experience working in a large, matrix-managed company
- Experience in motivating and influencing others outside of direct reporting lines
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with high attention to detail
- Strong relationship building, communication. and interpersonal skills
- Solid business acumen and judgment
- Sound analytical skills, ability to manipulate and interpret large amounts of data
