ABOUT THE TEAM:
AIM is a state-of-the-art Real Estate asset management software, which allows client to centralize and store all property-related data (Financial activity, budgets, statistics, etc.) in one main repository. The system also allows for the creation of reports and dashboards that can we shared with all relevant stakeholders.

WHAT YOUâLL DO:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
List the position’s essential duties and responsibilities. Start with the most critical and frequent job duties. This should not be a “day in the life” list of each duty performed but include all of the most important aspects of the work. Indicate the frequency performed; daily, weekly, monthly, or annual.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

- Work within an agile, fast-paced environment to deliver advanced real estate asset and investment management software and professional services to RealPage Investment Management clients
- Maintain project plans using project management software and ensure updates are documented and successfully communicated to project stakeholders
- Proactively identify potential project blockers or challenges and develop and own strategies to address those risks to the success of the project
- Document software functionality, processes, procedures, and best practices for use by both clients and internal resources
- Liaise with third-party data providers and venture partners to coordinate the submission, validation, and aggregation of data on behalf of clients
- Execute periodic reconciliations to source data records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Implement operational quality checkpoint reviews and conduct periodic audits to ensure team compliance with policies and procedures.
- Identify, research, and determine a resolution for data quality issues including the coordination of source system data modifications with data providers
- Leverage real estate business knowledge to develop and manage systematic and data validation processes with a focus on data quality
- Work closely with clients, leadership, and other functional teams within AIM to understand client needs and integrate best practices
- Provide clear, timely client communications for inquiries, routine status updates, and resolution of service delivery issues

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

- 2+ years’ experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on real estate industry, with specific experience in portfolio accounting, performance reporting and/or data management.
- Familiarity with data analysis and standardization of processes with a focus on the Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Acquisitions, Finance, Client Services, Debt and Valuation functions of the business
- Outcome orientated approach towards facilitating meetings to gather business requirements and define tasks
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

**Systems Experience (Nice to have)**:

- Experience with real estate accounting and/or portfolio/asset management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Anaplan, Argus Enterprise)
