**Role**
Reorg is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at our new office in Bogotá, Columbia.
We are looking for a super smart, friendly and all-around great individual who takes care of people and the technology they use. As a member of the Corporate IT team, you will have the opportunity to create a seamless experience to Reorg end-users in multiple offices around the world, research and deploy new tools and services and just flat out solve hard problems. **Qualifications**:
- Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and establish priorities while having a passion to help people and to learn and improve IT in an innovative manner
- Proficient in both macOS and Windows operating system and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
- Web conferencing knowledge (tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc...)
- Creating updating, and maintaining end-user facing knowledge based articles
- Maintaining infrastructure documentation, including diagrams and configurations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
**Preferred**:
- Networking knowledge and experience (e.g. Meraki, Cisco)
- Experience working with third-party hardware and software and procurement practices
