**This is a contract position with the intent to hire as a full-time employee in 30-90 days after start date.

**A day in the life**:

- _Power Digital is looking for a Video Editor to assist in the daily execution of our cross-functional video content needs in support of our brand vision & business goals through performance marketing. You will be working in a fast-paced, creative environment that offers an opportunity to be part of building a rapidly growing agency._

**Responsibilities**:

- _Create engaging, performance-driven video content to support our creative & marketing efforts._
- _Collaborate with our Production & Strategy teams to craft both original and iterative ads for various marketing channels, including Instagram, Meta, & TikTok, and YouTube._
- _Follow department workflows and best practices for project management, project file organization, file naming, etc._

**Role Requirements**:

- _4+ years of video editing experience (motion graphics a plus)_
- _Proficient in various video editing tools and other software (Adobe premier, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc. )_
- _Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio of work examples_
- _Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles_
- _Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously_
- _Creative and innovative thinker_
- _Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills_

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- _Performance of creative output meets client KPIs and drives measurable impact on client growth and internal revenue._
- _Edit 10 or more concepts per month (each composed of multiple deliverables)._
- _90%+ adoption rate + execution of internal workflow, processes_

**Most Important Things (MITs)**
- _Output quality meets both internal and client brand standards._
- _Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with Strategists & Production teams across multiple projects to deliver best possible creative output._
