**Position**:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day functioning of the Global Marketing Team, driving efficient processes, cross-team coordination, reporting, and project execution. This is a pivotal operations-focused role that ensures seamless collaboration between marketing, creative, content, and performance teams across our network of institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Project & Campaign Coordination: Support the delivery of global marketing campaigns and initiatives by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Team & Stakeholder Support: Act as a central point of coordination between cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, ensuring information flow and task follow-through.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Collate data from various teams to support the creation of marketing performance reports and dashboards.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain shared folders, ensure campaign materials are archived correctly, and assist with onboarding documentation for new team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or operations
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Prior experience in education or a global marketing team is desirable
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate across global, multicultural teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

**Salary**

The budget for the role is $600-$800 USD per month
