PCRF specialist will be in charge of supporting and implementing the solutions designed for our customers in Latin America related to signaling platforms such as PCRF, UDR and PCF.

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements
**An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities.

5-7 years of overall experience in relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Knowledge/experience with the Oracle Communications platforms: Policy and Charging Rules Function (OC-PCRF), User Data Repository (OC-UDR), Linux, Oracle database knowledge and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) will be a plus.

Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients both in English and Spanish language. Ability to travel as needed.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Develop and lead detailed network solutions of 3G/4G/5G Signaling Core elements such as PCRF and PCF.
- Technical solution analysis, architecture, and Policy design
- Migration and Database Conversion planning
- Performance/Optimization Tuning
- Integration/Interoperability Testing
- Performance monitoring, integration, upgrade and troubleshooting
- Prepare and Manage Technical presentations to the Customer to discuss solution architecture, call flows, definitions, and hands on service demonstration.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate strong technical skills and experience with Policy Products as PCRF and PCF.
- Strong Knowledge of 3G/4G networks architecture.
- Strong Knowledge about Telco Signaling Protocols (Diameter RFC 3588, HTTP/2)
- Knowledge of IP networking (LAN/WAN, routing)
- Understand standardization bodies (IETF, 3GPP, etc.).
- Knowledge about Linux/Unix operating systems and bash scripting.
- Demonstrate technical skills with 5G NFs (Network Functions).
- Knowledge of NFV and Cloud environments.
- Knowledge about containers, microservices, CI/CD, containers orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge about Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud deployment technologies.
