**Preferred Qualifications**
- A Service Provider Sales consultant / Presales engineer is a person who leads pre sales activity of Oracle Communications for that market. This role requires deep understanding of telecommunications technology on voice solutions for Service Provider. He or She should have at least 10 years’ experience on pre sales, operations or post sales of SIP solutions and preferably experience on pre sales activity. He or She will work with the Sales representative and define together GoToMarket plan and execution. He or She should have deep understanding in Colombia and Caribbean Service Providers Market._
- Responsibilities include meet customers, presentations, and demonstrations, understand the technology trends, understand oracle communications portfolio and solutions and dimension/quote oracle solutions._
- Responsibilities_
- _Pre sales for Service Providers Solutions in Colombia, Ecuador and Caribbean market_
- _Be an expert in CGBU session products_
- _Answer RFx, information, bids, proposals, solution descriptions._
- _Sizing and quotation_
- _Presenting solution for customers; demos, proof of concept._
- Technical Skills:_
- _Deep understanding of SIP solutions (SBC)_
- _Deep understanding on Oracle/Acme Packet products for Balancing, Routing, Monitoring (SLB, SRP, SM, CSM), or equivalent products from another vendor/competitor._
- _Experience on Voice Fraud solutions_
- _Experience in move to cloud solutions for Service Providers Market._
- _An understanding of deployments models; On-premise, Hosted, Cloud and Hybrid._
- _Knowledge of Cloud: Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud deployment technologies._
- _Knowledge and Experience working in Pre-Sales activities for IMS/VoLTE architectures_
- _5 years of experience as pre sales _

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
