- 110111- We are looking for a highly skilled Remote Nurse who will monitor patients' vitals and determine whether they are in or out of range.

**Overview**
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Day shift
- Work setup: Permanent work from home

**What will I do every day?**
- Assess vitals and prioritize based on patient needs.
- Call patients for verbal assessment and health teaching.
- Escalate patients to supervisor or emergency services when indicated.
- Maintain friendly and outgoing demeanor when speaking with patients

**Requirements**:

- Formal education as a Registered Nurse
- Strong verbal and communication skills in English.
- In depth understanding of disease processes related to vital sign monitoring (hypertension, heart failure, CKD, asthma/COPD and obesity).
- In depth understanding of various medications related to disease processes.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Clinical experience in inpatient settings is preferred.
